The evening’s
activities will be fun filled and exciting! We
feature regulation size gaming tables and
professional dealers that lend to the atmosphere
of a Las Vegas Casino. The ambiance includes:
dining delights, silent auction, open bar,
giveaways, prizes, entertainment, souvenir
booklet, fun, fun, fun.
The proceeds from this
event will benefit our ongoing projects designed
to encourage, support, and uplift women and
girls which will afford them an opportunity to
affect positive changes in their lives.
The Phoenix Woman,
Inc., a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, was
named after the legendary bird, the Phoenix. As
the legend goes the bird lives for approximately
1,000 years and as the Phoenix’s time to die
approaches it builds a nest that it sets on fire
and the Phoenix is consumed in the flames. The
Phoenix rises from the ashes with renewed youth
and beauty to begin life anew. The Phoenix Woman
is dedicated to reflect the lessons learned from
the Phoenix, to rise from the ashes of despair,
to rise from the ashes of grief, to rise from
the ashes of adversity in an attempt to become
whole.
